New York studio WXY Architecture have won a competition to build the Nanhe River Landscape Bridge in Xinjin County, China. This red bridge is due to begin later this year and will cross the river in two interlaced strands. As WXY Architecture wrote “Xinjin is a historical town that has attracted many residents and visitors over the years. It is geographically centered where five rivers converge, and for centuries poets have exalted its natural beauty. Our design draws inspiration from Xinjin’s breathtaking landscape and rich cultural history, and reflects the city’s modern prosperity.”

Today we want to show interesting concept of yacht created by designers Marina Colombo & Sebastiano Vida. At the first glance it’s just luxurious yacht with original design. But it’s not so simple. It’s undersea vehicle equipped with everything needed for luxury traveling. You can travel above waves and underneath by your wish. U-101 Undersea Yacht is just beautiful. Aerodynamic and sleek design of the corp is complemented by a magnificent interior. Great idea!

Another mobile living module that works absolutely independently on renewed energy sources. It’s called BLOOM and equipped by solar batteries, air and liquid solar collectors, water treating filters, the furnace of slow burning and system of processing of dust. Living space consists of entrance zone, three private living zones (each on two persons) and the general territory with lunch zone. Also BLOOM could be transformed for increasing internal space and connected with some modules together. The creator of this project Olga Kalugina claims that module is intended for six peoples from three days about one week.

This amazing concept created by industrial designer Keita Ogawa won bronze award on The 22nd Koizumi International Lighting Design Competition for Students. Every bulb is look like it’s melting while using it. The purpose is to use such interesting design to remind people about the unnecessary energy being wasted, killing our fine world.
